The Downtown Northville neighborhood is a roughly 2.2 square mile area located between 7 and 8 Mile Roads and between Northville Road and Beck Road.

Most homes in the Downtown Northville neighborhood were built between 1860 – 2007. The homes are mostly Victorian, bungalow, Colonial, ranch and Cape Cod style. There are also several condominiums in Downtown Northville, located along Main Street. Most of the single family homes homes have vinyl, wood, brick/vinyl, brick exteriors, car garages, 2-6 bedrooms, 1+ bathrooms and basements (though many basements in this neighborhood are what many call “Michigan basements.”) Square footage of homes in Downtown Northville range from 700 – 6,600 square ft. The school district for Downtown Northville is Northville Schools.
