My experience working with GEM Realty & Development’s Greg Morad was fantastic. My girlfriend, Alison, and I were debating selling a rental property condominium in Novi and we contacted Greg to get his professional opinion on how much we could sell the condo. We were able to set up an appointment for the next day to meet at the condo and discuss the options with him. He was able to assess everything very quickly, give us suggestions on how to get the most amount out of the condo with putting a modest amount of work into it, and even lined us up with the skilled trades that he used before to get the work done at a very reasonable cost. By that afternoon, Greg had already arranged for electricians, painters, countertop fabricators, and carpet installers to provide us pricing and timing for the work that needed to be done; he managed everything very quickly and efficiently. The process started in the beginning of March and much of the work was done in the first couple of weeks. We planned and were on target to list the condo on the market by the end of the month, but that’s when COVID 19 struck. Even throughout the whole pandemic, Greg was in contact with us, gave us updates on the status of the work and let us know how the market was reacting. Once the suggested work was completed and the place looked fantastic, Greg proposed listing the condo for $25,000 more than any other townhouse in the complex sold for in the past. The condo was on on the market for only a few days when we received a near full price offer and we accepted it. After the inspection, we closed on the property and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Greg emailed us the documents for review ahead of time so there were no surprises and the closing went very quickly. We are so happy that we used Greg to sell our property; he was extremely proactive, professional and responsive!!!
